2.2 All services are subject to availability and operational conditions.
3. Eligibility
3.1 You must be at least 18 years old to make a booking.
3.2 By booking, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete.
4. Website Use
4.1 You agree to use the website only for lawful purposes.
4.2 You must not misuse, hack, copy, reproduce, or distribute website content without permission.
4.3 Unauthorised use of our content may result in legal action.
5. Bookings & Reservations
5.1 All bookings are subject to availability.
5.2 Booking confirmation will be provided via Phone, Email, or WhatsApp.
5.3 Incorrect details provided by the guest may lead to cancellation without liability.
5.4 Group bookings may require special confirmation terms.
6. Pricing Policy
6.1 All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise.
6.2 Prices may change without prior notice based on market conditions.
6.3 Government taxes (GST) will be applicable as per Indian law.
6.4 Special festival or peak-season pricing (e.g., Diwali, New Year) may apply.
7. Payment Terms
7.1 An advance payment may be required to confirm your booking.
7.2 The remaining balance must be paid before check-in or the start of the activity.
7.3 Payments can be made via Online Transfer, UPI, Cash, or other approved methods.
7.4 Failure to complete the payment may result in the cancellation of the booking.
8. Cancellation & Refund Policy
8.1 Cancellation requests must be made in writing or via our official contact channels.
8.2 Refunds (if applicable) depend on the timing of the cancellation relative to the booking date.
8.3 No refund will be provided for:
- No-shows (Guests who do not arrive)
- Early departures
- Unused services or activities
8.4 Refund processing time may take 7–14 working days.
9. Check-In & Check-Out
9.1 Standard check-in and check-out timings will be informed at the time of booking.
9.2 Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may attract additional charges.
9.3 A valid Government ID proof (Aadhar, Passport, License) is mandatory for all guests at check-in.
10. Guest Responsibilities
10.1 Guests must behave respectfully toward staff and other guests.
10.2 Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. We are not liable for lost items. 10.3 Any damage caused to camp property by a guest will be chargeable.
10.4 Alcohol consumption must strictly follow local government regulations.
11. Adventure Activities Disclaimer
11.1 Activities such as Camel Safari, Jeep Safari, Quad Biking, and Parasailing involve inherent risks.
11.2 Participation is at your own risk.
11.3 JCR Desert Safari Camp is not liable for injuries resulting from negligence or violation of safety rules by guests.
12. Health & Medical Conditions
12.1 Guests must inform us about any serious medical conditions before booking. 12.2 Pregnant women, elderly guests, or guests with specific medical conditions should consult a doctor before participating in adventure activities.
13. Force Majeure
13.1 We are not responsible for delays, cancellations, or changes due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to:
- Natural disasters or adverse weather conditions
- Government restrictions or lockdowns
- Strikes or political disturbances
- Pandemics
14. Third-Party Services
14.1 Transport or additional services arranged through third parties (e.g., taxi services) are subject to their own policies.
14.2 We are not liable for failures or delays caused by third-party service providers.
15. Limitation of Liability
15.1 We are not responsible for:
- Personal injury or illness
- Loss of belongings
- Travel delays
- Indirect or consequential damages 15.2 Our maximum liability shall not exceed the total booking amount paid by the guest.
